Consultations and Advisory Calls: Informational or introductory consultations are provided for discussion and assessment purposes only. They do not create a client-consultant relationship until a formal agreement is signed. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
Downloadable Tools and Digital Resources: We may provide digital materials (templates, checklists, or guides) via our website.
These materials are for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written consent. All intellectual property rights remain owned by SolMere Solutions.
Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of all client communications and documents shared during consulting engagements. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, tools, or pricing provided by SolMere Solutions.
Payment & Cancellations: Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Consulting fees and deposits are due prior to or at the start of services.
Cancellations for scheduled consultations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds or rescheduling options are at our discretion depending on the scope of service.
Limitation of Liability: Our responsibility is limited to the scope of work outlined in each engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice, templates, or materials.
No Guarantee of Results: Because each organization and situation is unique, we cannot guarantee specific financial, operational, or performance results. Our role is to provide guidance, structure, and expertise to support your success.
Modifications: We may updated these Service Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or materials after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Addendum.
